Fitness Lab is Central London’s leading 1-to-1 personal training studio, co-founded by Jack Coxall, Brett Durney, and Sandra Calva, who bring over 30 years of combined experience to our rapidly growing team.

Schedule:

  • We have two roles: AM coaches and PM coaches
  • The AM coach role is 6am - 1pm / 6.30am - 1.30pm Monday - Friday + Saturdays 8am - 1pm
  • The PM coach role is 1pm - 9pm / 1.30pm - 8.30pm Monday - Friday + Saturdays 8am - 1pm Role Type: Freelance
    Compensation: £30,000 – £67,200 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional 1-to-1 personal training sessions in private pods.
  • Build, retain, and develop a loyal client base.
  • Create tailored programmes that evolve with each client’s needs.
  • Maintain our high standards of service, communication, and presentation.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the studio environment.
