Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and professional Freelance Personal Trainer to operate within our facility on a self-employed basis. This role is ideal for a trainer who is confident in building and managing their own client base, delivering high-quality sessions, and contributing positively to the gym environment.
As a freelance PT, you will pay a monthly rental fee to run your business from our gym, benefiting from access to our facilities, equipment, and member base.
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Build and maintain your own client base through proactive engagement and self-promotion
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, inclusive training environment
- Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor and actively interact with members
- Ensure all sessions are conducted in line with health & safety guidelines
- Keep training areas clean, tidy, and organised after use
- Uphold the gym’s standards, policies, and professional etiquette at all times

Qualifications / Educational Requirements
- Level 2 Gym Instructor required
- Level 3 PT required
- Qualifications in Circuit Training, TRX, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Group Cycle, Boxing etc beneficial
- DBS, preferred
- Valid First Aid certification
- Relevant insurance (Public Liability & Professional Indemnity)
