Role Description

This full-time Personal Trainer Fitness Coach role is an on-site position based in London. The role involves delivering high-quality one-to-one and small group training sessions, designing tailored fitness programs, and supporting members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting fitness assessments
  • Demonstrating safe and effective exercise techniques
  • Providing ongoing motivation and feedback
  • Educating members on healthy lifestyle habits
  • Collaborating with gym colleagues to create a welcoming environment
  • Actively engaging with members on the gym floor

Maintaining professional standards, accurate session records, and adherence to PureGym policies and safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design and deliver effective, safe, and engaging exercise programs.
  • Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training styles and group workout sessions.
  • Recognized fitness qualification (e.g., REPs/CIMSPA Level 3 or equivalent) and valid First Aid certification.
  • Ability to build positive member relationships, with strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Comfort working on-site in a busy gym environment, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and evenings as needed.
  • Previous experience in a commercial gym or coaching environment is beneficial.
