Personal Trainer - Full Support, Mentorship & High Earnings

Personal Trainer – Full Support, Mentorship & High Earnings £2,000 profit within your first 90 days Locations: Hackney or Shoreditch Type: Full-Time | Self-Employed Start Date: Immediate Vacancies: 2 (1 position in Shoreditch and 1 position in Hackney) Why This Role Is Different This is not a standard gym personal training role. BaseWellness is designed for personal trainers who want structure, mentorship, and long-term earning potential — not uncertainty or isolation. We do not rent you gym floor space and leave you to figure everything out alone. Instead, we provide proven systems, education, mentoring, and a strong community so you can build a sustainable and rewarding career. We support this with a clear commitment: £2,000 profit by month three, delivered through our proven 90-day accelerator programme when our systems are followed. About BaseWellness BaseWellness was founded by brothers Louis and Joel with a clear mission: to fix a broken personal training industry that leaves capable trainers unsupported, isolated, and pushed out within their first few years. Too many personal trainers are promised opportunity and development, only to be left paying rent, undertrained, and expected to master sales, systems, and retention alone. BaseWellness was built to be the opposite. At our core, we value family, community, and support. We don’t simply place trainers in gyms — we mentor them, develop them, and grow alongside them. Our trainers are part of a genuine professional community. We train together, learn together, support one another, and build careers collaboratively. Regular team socials and community events are a key part of our culture, because long-term success is about more than income alone. What Makes BaseWellness Different • Structured 5-day induction before stepping onto the gym floor • Comprehensive training in sales, onboarding, retention, and client management • Clear systems and workflows for every part of the role • Daily access to support and weekly coaching from experienced mentors • A strong PT community with regular socials and team events • Performance data and metrics to clearly identify areas for growth • No traditional gym rent model — rent is covered by BaseWellness • A strong education culture with continuous learning expected and supported From day one, you know what to do, how to grow, and how to progress. Earnings & Progression We don’t just talk about support — we back it with results. • £2,000 profit by month three (guaranteed when systems are followed) • Delivered through our 90-day accelerator programme • Many trainers progress to £4,000–£6,000+ per month • Long-term earning potential of £70,000+ per year • Clear progression and scaling opportunities within BaseWellness This role is designed for trainers seeking consistent, high earnings rather than unpredictable income. Tools & Systems Provided You are not expected to build or fund everything yourself. • BaseWellness booking app (iOS & Android) • BaseWellness branded training app • Client onboarding, tracking, and progress systems • Proven client retention frameworks • Ongoing education, workshops, and learning pathways These tools allow you to deliver a consistent, premium service while continuing to grow professionally. What You’ll Be Doing • Coaching clients one-to-one in professional gym facilities • Delivering structured, high-quality training sessions • Following proven systems and workflows • Tracking client progress and maintaining clear communication • Building and retaining a strong client base • Attending mentoring sessions, education workshops, company meetings, and community events • Completing a minimum of three education courses per year This Role Is Ideal for You If You • Are new to the industry and want to be trained properly • Are an experienced PT feeling unsupported or stuck • Want a full-time PT career, not a side hustle • Are coachable, driven, and open to learning • Want structure, mentorship, progression, and community • Believe continuous learning is essential This Role Is Not for You If You • Are not aiming to earn £5,000+ per month long term • Want clients handed to you with minimal effort • Avoid learning sales, communication, or client management • Want a strictly “clock-in, clock-out” role • Are looking for part-time work only • Are unwilling to grow personally and professionally Role Details • Self-employed, commission-based position • No traditional gym rent — BaseWellness covers rent • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 7:00pm • Please note that occasional adjustments to working hours may be required to accommodate company meetings, training sessions, and community events, which form an important part of the BaseWellness culture and development programme. • Vacancies available: 1 position in Hackney and 1 position in Shoreditch Benefits • Fully funded education and continuous learning • Structured 5-day induction programme • Ongoing mentorship and weekly coaching • Multi-gym access • Performance and referral bonuses • Monthly PT socials and community events Apply Now If you are looking for real support, proven systems, a strong PT community, and a clear path to £2,000 profit in 90 days and £5,000+ per month long term, BaseWellness could be the right fit for you. Current opportunities are available in both Hackney and Shoreditch, with one vacancy at each location.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
