Elite Coaching Team Role – Personal Trainer (Haywards Heath, West Sussex)

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time, including early mornings and evenings) Salary: £29,120 – £35,360 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver small-group and group personal training sessions with high standards
  • Learn and apply our Madisons coaching systems to studying and leading with consistency
  • Participate in weekly education and development (seminars, workshops, CPD)
  • Maintain exceptional member experience—every session reflects our culture
  • Contribute to a clean, organised, professional environment
  • Support community events, challenges, and member engagement

You’ll have a dedicated framework to grow: connect with senior coaches daily, develop practical skills, and progress toward our high standards.


Requirements

Essential

✔ Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (or equivalent) ✔ Valid UK work authorization (no visa sponsorship offered) ✔ Positive attitude & growth mindset ✔ Strong work ethic and commitment to learning continually

Desirable

✩ Previous coaching, personal training, or customer service experience ✩ First Aid Certification
