Role Overview
As a Personal Trainer, you will deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming tailored workout plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to help them achieve their fitness goals. We provide support for growing your client base through a 3-day PT induction and ongoing professional development with our CDP courses.
We foster an environment where team members feel a sense of belonging, allowing them to thrive both physically and mentally while reaching their full potential.

About You
Essential Requirements
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
- Passion for health and fitness to inspire and support members in achieving their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice-to-Have (but not required)
- Previous experience in a clubs/fitness industry setting.
- Dedication to continuous professional development in fitness and wellness.
