Personal Trainer - Self Employed

Personal Trainer (£13.30 per hour)

Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is looking to join our team!

About the Role

We seek a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including planning exercise programs and guiding members in our gym environment to help them achieve their fitness goals.

You’ll have the support to grow your client base through:

  • A 3-day PT induction
  • Opportunity to develop passion through Continuing Development (CDP) courses
  • Culturally inclusive environment where team members thrive physically and mentally

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions tailored to member needs
  • Develop personal training plans and help members reach their fitness goals
  • Foster a supportive, engaging, and motivating training environment
  • Grow and retain your client base through professional coaching skills
  • Showcase our company’s values of belonging, growth, and achievements

About You

To apply for this role, you must:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification.
  • Have a genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Be a natural motivator, inspiring members to achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, rapport-building, and customer service skills.
  • Be self-driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Embrace a supportive, inclusive environment and help build a thriving team culture.
