Gym Supervisor – Your Vital Role
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is looking for a passionate Gym Supervisor to inspire our members and drive an outstanding experience every day – 7 days a week.
About the Role
As Gym Supervisor, you’ll oversee all gym activities while leading our personal training team and actively engaging as part of the gym. You’ll deliver fitness classes,并在成员之间传递幽默的体验，同时开展个人训练（有热情）。我们创建一种让所有团队成员（包括你）有归属感、让大家能全面发展、发挥全貌潜力的环境。
Responsibilities
- Monitor gym activities and ensure a fabulous member experience daily
- Manage the Personal Training Team, fostering growth and excellence
- Deliver personalised training and a variety of classes
- Ensure a welcoming and aspirational environment for staff and members

About You
To qualify for this role, you’ll need to:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification (mandatory)
- Be incredibly passionate about fitness and motivated to help members achieve their wellness goals
- Excel in communication and strong customer service – leave members feeling inspired!
- Have prior experience in the fitness industry
