The Role

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll play a crucial role in our community:

  • Support our members: Represent us as a leader, fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.
  • Conduct inductions & gym tours: Guide members to understand our facilities and services.
  • Uphold health & safety standards: Ensure compliance with gym regulations and maintain regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Keep workspaces tidy.
  • Teach classes: Lead group workouts and training sessions.
  • Drive member engagement: Build strong relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Grow our business: Attract and retain members through your expertise.
