Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality fitness guidance to members
- Teach group classes and conduct one-on-one coaching
- Provide membership inductions and maintain gym cleanliness

Requirements
Essential:
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification
- Passion for fitness & wellbeing
Bonus (for Fitness Coach role):
- Experience with group exercise classes
- First Aid certification (covered if new)
