An exceptional opportunity for experienced advisers
Combining the scale of the UK’s biggest banking group, unmatched client access and the autonomy to deliver holistic advice.
At Lloyds Wealth you’ll join a business with the reach, referral strength and investment in advice to help established advisers grow a substantial client book without starting from scratch.
The role
As a Personal Wealth Adviser, you believe that financial planning starts by understanding each client’s unique story, their goals and the life they want to build. You’ll deliver holistic, client-led financial advice to new and existing clients, both face-to-face and virtually, taking the time to build a personalised financial plan that reflects their aspirations and adapts as their life evolves.
We’ll expect you to use cash flow modelling and financial planning tools to provide clear, insightful advice.
This is not a cold-start position. You’ll have the backing of the largest banking group in the UK as you utilise a range of business development strategies and expertise to proactively explore the market to onboard new clients, including servicing a constant flow of leads from the wider Lloyds Banking Group, without sacrificing the quality of advice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
