About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-orientated Personalisation Manager to execute and support our clients’ personalisation initiatives. This role focuses on the precise implementation of defined customer experience strategies, ensuring campaigns are configured correctly, deployed effectively, and deliver meaningful insights.

You will operate within—and contribute to—our established personalisation framework, closely collaborating with the Personalisation Lead, to deliver measurable business value through a data-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities

Execution & Operations

  • Execute day-to-day operations for the global personalisation roadmap.
  • Support the Personalisation Lead in identifying and prioritising high-impact opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Track and assess ROI from personalisation efforts.
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders for clear, transparent communication on planning, execution, and results.

Personalisation Implementation

  • Apply Personalisation-Led Growth (PLG) principles in daily execution.
  • Contribute to refining the PLG framework and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to design, configure, execute, and analyse personalisation initiatives.
  • Support operational infrastructure for continuous personalisation delivery.
  • Translate data insights into actionable findings for the Personalisation Lead.

Technical Delivery & Platform Execution

  • Execute technical configuration and launch of personalisation programs, leveraging expertise of core technology stack.
  • Implement and configure integrated solutions, with deep understanding of:
    • Personalisation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Braze) for content delivery.
    • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude).
    • CMSs (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Centera).
    • CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium).

Requirements

We seek a technically proficient, execution-focused, and collaborative individual with strong communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency with:
    • Personalisation platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Braze)
    • Analytics suites (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
    • CMSs (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
    • CDPs (Segment, Tealium)
    • Data infrastructure (data pipelines, quality for personalisation)
  • Technical understanding of:
    • UX/UI workflows for personalisation activation
    • Tag management platforms (e.g., Tealium iQ)
    • A/B testing methodologies and frameworks

Execution & Project Support

  • Meticulous execution focus: Proven ability to configure, launch, and monitor personalisation in a precise, controlled manner.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Comfortable contributing to process optimisation in personalisation delivery systems.

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Analytical mindset: Strong interpretation of personalisation performance metrics and business impact.
  • Capacity to assess impact and ROI, translating insights into strategy.
  • Skills in data storytelling and report creation for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners, including clients, UX, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
  • Clear, concise communication (both written and verbal) about plans, execution, and results.
