Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning

Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting for a Personalised Commissioning Officer (part-time) to join our Children’s Services workforce.

Are you passionate about helping vulnerable children? Want to be part of a motivated team who work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Then this may be the job for you! The Personalised Commissioning Team identifies solutions that support children to receive stable, loving care in a place that they can call home ensuring they are in safe and loving homes. We build collaborative relationships with social workers and with providers in the children’s care market and source and negotiate bespoke packages of accommodation, care and support for children.

The right candidate will lead and manage the commissioning of individual support packages, working with children’s social workers, service leaders in social care and a range of independent and voluntary sector providers, including independent sector fostering agencies, supported accommodation and residential homes to develop relationships and secure provision that meets Greenwich’s requirements and standards.

Make a difference to our children’s futures, your future and ours and apply today.

Join us to support a new vision for Commissioning in Childrens Services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
