Role: PLC Coordinator
Academy: Outwood Academy Kirkby
Start Date: 01/09/2026
Salary (Actual Salary): £24,872 (Grade 6)
Working Pattern: Full Time - 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time plus 5 days
Are you dedicated to transforming the educational outcomes for vulnerable students through bespoke support pathways? Join us as a PLC Coordinator, where you will lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning.
