Hire Personnel Coordinator/Administrator
Join Ashtead Technology in the role of Hire Personnel Coordinator/Administrator on a 12 months fixed term contract, located at our Turriff Facility. In this role, you will support a team responsible for the management of the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel worldwide for global operations, ensuring all support tasks are completed in a timely manner in accordance with the project plans including personnel travel, visas, certification, and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the coordination of mobilisations and demobilisations of offshore personnel worldwide on ah-hoc projects.
- Communicating travel details to clients and offshore personnel.
- Compiling and submitting visa applications.
- Tracking offshore certification and training ensuring all is renewed in a timely manner including but not limited to survivals, medicals and passports.
- Checking and approving offshore expenses.
- Completing and submitting offshore documentation for tax purposes.
- Keeping offshore CV's up to date.
- Participating in on call rota.

What Experience You'll Bring
- Preferred but not essential previous experience in an offshore crewing department involving worldwide travel.
- Administration experience in a fast-paced department with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of offshore requirements for travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft (outlook, excel and word).
