Field Sales Consultant – East Anglia Branch

We’re seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused professional to join our East Anglia branch as a Field Sales Consultant. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility, competitive earnings, and exciting benefits. Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Consultant, your role will include:
- Conducting property surveys to assess pest problems (both new and existing customers).
- Developing tailored solutions to prevent or resolve pest control issues.
- Visiting clients determine customer needs, and proposing effective strategies.
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Focused on onsite problem-solving and sales execution.
- Travel is essential – you’ll need to be comfortable operating independently across the region.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- Full UK driving licence held for at least two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- A background in face-to-face customer sales, showcasing target-driven performance.
- Self-motivated with strong goal orientation.
- A problem solver with excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and reassurance.
- Ability to provide top-notch pest control solutions and adapt based on client feedback.

- Base Salary: £26,269 per annum
- Projected OTE (Including Overtime & Performance Bonus): Approximately £37,327 per annum (subject to commission and targets).
