Pest Control Technician
Build a High-Earning Pest Control Business with Pimlico Plumbers
Location: London (M25 and surrounding areas)
Salary: £75,000+ per year

Pimlico Plumbers is London’s No.1 for improving and maintaining properties, operating across high-value residential homes.
This opportunity is suited to experienced technicians looking to operate independently via a limited company and build a high-earning business within a proven platform within the Pimlico franchise network.
The Pimlico Plumbers Platform
As a Pimlico Plumbers franchisee, you will operate via your own limited company while leveraging an established platform designed to support performance and productivity.
The franchise will have access to experienced teams across operations, sales, and support functions, including:
- 24/7 customer contact center handling enquiries and bookings
- Dedicated scheduling to optimize availability and productivity
- Sales support for larger and more complex jobs
- Centralized invoicing and payment collection
- Access to approved suppliers and infrastructure
- Ongoing technical and operational support
This model is designed to reduce admin, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of every day.
What Franchisees Will Be Doing
- Carrying out pest control surveys and inspections in commercial and residential properties for signs of pests or infestation.
- Determining the best type of treatment needed to eliminate pests.
- Measuring the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
- Creating and sending high-quality reports to clients, whilst on site.
- Checking and baiting traps with appropriate hazardous chemicals to remove, control, or eliminate pests.
- Advising clients on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit, arranging follow-up visits, and communicating with our clients.

Earnings Potential
Top-performing franchises have the potential to earn £75,000+ per year, based on performance within the model.
Earnings will vary depending on trade, availability, productivity, and the ability to maximize each job opportunity.

Franchisees who do well:

Important Information
- This is a franchise arrangement, not an employment opportunity
- Each franchise operates as a limited company under a franchise agreement, along with 230 existing franchisees
- The territory is non-exclusive
- Each franchise is responsible for its own business performance
- All services must comply with Pimlico systems and standards

Minimum Qualifications
Persons undertaking work on behalf of the franchise must be, and remain, qualified, certified, and accredited in accordance with any applicable law or regulations related to its trade.
Mandatory:
- BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management as a minimum
- COSHH awareness training certificate
- Clean full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Conduct of Franchisees
Persons undertaking work on behalf of the franchise represent the Pimlico brand and must at all times:
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Be professional, reliable, and confident in customer-facing environments, with strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high standards
- Be proactive in managing workload and identifying additional opportunities
- Be comfortable operating independently while leveraging a well-established platform
- Be commercially aware and driven to maximize earnings
