Job Description:
Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Overtime + Commission
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality pest control services while building strong relationships with customers across commercial, agricultural, and domestic sectors. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted to work independently, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.

The Role
- Carry out pest control inspections and treatments across a varied client portfolio
- Identify infestations and implement effective control solutions
- Deliver both reactive treatments and planned pest prevention programmes
- Provide expert advice and build strong customer relationships
- Complete digital reports and maintain accurate records
- Participate in the on-call rota and overtime when required

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management
- 5/6 Years +
- Full, clean UK driving licence
You’ll Also Need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varied environments
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS/security clearance

- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £33,000, depending on experience
