As a Pest Technician, Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including global brands
  • Utilising outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Taking full responsibility for controlling, preventing, and eradicating pests
  • Problem-solving and offering tailored solutions to clients
  • Reporting findings professionally using the latest Apple technology (including iPhone)
  • Managing your own workload efficiently – planning diaries, allocating time, and prioritising tasks
  • Stock management – ensuring supplies are available for customer service
  • Taking a proactive and reactive approach to pest control operations

What’s Included?

Competitive Pay:

  • Starting salary range: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • London Weighting Allowance of £3,000 for those living within the M25 area

Training & Development:

  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
