About the Pet Claims Team
Our Claims site in Peterborough manages every aspect of our customer journey when a claim is made. Our versatile teams handle:
- Claim registration
- Claim management
- Claim fulfilment
Our specialists work through a variety of scenarios—from minor prescription fees to complex surgeries exceeding £10,000.
We make claiming effortless for our customers by liaising directly with vets and offering pre-authorisation services, giving pet owners peace of mind before any expenses occur.
