Pharmaceutical Commercial Modelling & Forecasting - Associate Consultant / Consultant - Fluent German Speaker
ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You’ll Do
Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues. Execute forecasting projects for pharmaceutical assets across lifecycle stages – including both pipeline and inline products based forecast models. Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs. Synthesize diverse data sources to extract actionable insights for business and portfolio decision-making. Develop comprehensive forecast models, incorporating long-range strategic scenarios and patient/forecast flow mapping. Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations. Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact externally on aspects of projects. Provide clients on kick off calls and project status updates. Create project deliverables and implement solutions. Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities; Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's or master's degree required in a statistical or life sciences related domain A quantitative and analytical driven mindset. 2-7 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience within a Pharmaceutical or Consulting professional environment. Fluent German & English speaker Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
