Graphic Designer – Pharmaceutical Artwork Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Pharmaceutical Artwork Specialist to support the creation, coordination, and management of commercial artwork used for submissions, product launches, and lifecycle updates. In this role, you will work with artwork and labeling components intended for use as packaging material in a GMP release process. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Contract Manufacturers, and external business partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of artwork.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Create and manage graphic artwork image files for pharmaceutical packaging and labeling components.
- Manage artwork workflows in Alvotech Regulatory Information Management System(s).
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and ensure timely progress of artwork activities.
- Escalate issues to management in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform detailed quality checks and support preparation of print-ready artwork files.
- Manage version control and approval workflows in Veeva Vault.
- Ensure that suppliers use the correct and latest approved artwork.
- Support artwork creation and coordination related to:
- Artwork creation
- CMO dieline provision
- CMO technical approval coordination
- CMO print proof coordination

- Work in accordance with applicable job descriptions, SOPs, company policies, and procedures available on the Alvotech intranet.
- Complete all relevant training assignments conscientiously and on time.
- Contribute to and foster the Alvotech culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in artwork management and coordination within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments.
- Experience with artwork control, approval processes, or studio processes.
- Skilled in artwork creation software such as Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe graphic design tools.
- Experience using text comparison software such as Global Vision, Verify, or similar tools.
- Experience with CMO dieline provision, technical approval, and print proof coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a right-first-time mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
