Pharmacist
Locum Pharmacist, Inpatients We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital team through our agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinical pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role with competitive rates and flexible working arrangements.
The Role You will provide ward-based clinical pharmacy services across a variety of inpatient wards, supporting multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medicines management.

Key Responsibilities Clinical screening of inpatient prescriptions Medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge Supporting ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings Providing clinical advice to medical and nursing staff Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines Supporting discharge planning and patient counselling
Requirements Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Previous NHS hospital ward experience essential Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment Electronic prescribing system experience desirable
