The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join our thriving private online pharmacy team based in Stansted. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused healthcare services to patients across the UK.

As a Pharmacist within our online pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate supply of medicines, clinically reviewing prescriptions, supporting patient enquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
Working in a fast-paced digital environment, you will collaborate closely with prescribers, pharmacy technicians, dispensers, and the wider pharmacy team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinically review and check prescriptions to ensure the safe and appropriate supply of medicines.
- Assess patient information and verify the suitability of treatments before supply.
- Provide professional advice and support to patients via telephone, email, and online communication channels.
- Liaise with prescribers and other healthcare professionals where additional information or clinical clarification is required.
- Support safe prescribing and dispensing processes in line with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Ensure all medicine supplies are accurate, appropriate, and fully documented.
- Respond to patient and operational queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
- Support stock management, ordering processes, and operational efficiency within the pharmacy.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of pharmacy services, systems, and patient care processes.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative and evolving healthcare environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound professional judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and online pharmacy workflows.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining safe practice.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a private, online, or distance-selling pharmacy.
- Familiarity with online consultation, prescribing, or dispensing platforms.
- Experience supporting high-volume prescription and medicine supply operations.
- Knowledge of medicines governance, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy quality systems.

Working Environment
This role is based onsite at our Stansted facility, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. You will be joining a busy, professional, and highly regulated online pharmacy environment where quality, accuracy, and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
