Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Essential Roles) – [Location]

About the Role

Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we look after, delivering trusted care, advice, and services that put patients first. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise every day, surrounded by a brilliant team and supported with the right tools to make a tangible impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
  • Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
  • Cultivate talent by coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to reflect and serve our diverse communities
  • Act as the face of Boots within the local community and engage with healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need

Must-haves

  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
  • A strong passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with an eagerness to coach and guide others
