Pharmacist
Pharmacist – Join Our Team to Make a Real Difference
About the Role
Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we serve, delivering trusted care, advice, and services that prioritise patients. In this role, you’ll leverage your clinical expertise daily while working alongside a supportive team with high-quality resources at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
- Lead professional and legal standards to ensure patient safety and pharmacy compliance
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve standards of care and safety
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the entire healthcare team
- Foster talent that reflects our communities by coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues
- Represent Boots within the local community and among healthcare professionals
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in delivering patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
- A passion for offering essential, advanced, and private services
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and a drive to mentor and guide others
