Description
If you’re a Pharmacist who loves making a real difference to patients’ lives, someone who enjoys working closely with people, building long-term relationships, and using your clinical skills to genuinely improve health outcomes - then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
At Penrose Health, we’re proud to create an environment where excellent clinical care is matched with a genuinely supportive culture. You’ll be joining a practice full of good people, good humour, and a team spirit that makes each day both rewarding and enjoyable. We’re committed to giving our Pharmacists real autonomy, trust, and the space to grow - whether that’s developing confidence in primary care, refining existing clinical skills, or expanding into new areas of practice. Here, your ideas are welcomed, your expertise is valued, and your contribution makes a meaningful impact from day one.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care by managing all aspects of medication, including repeat prescriptions, medication reviews, and drug monitoring. Working closely within a multidisciplinary clinical team, you’ll combine strong clinical judgement with patient-facing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely prescribing. This role offers autonomy, a manageable patient list, and the opportunity to contribute to service development within a collaborative primary care environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
