Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This role is critical in supporting pharmacy operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
YOUR MISSION AS A PHARMACY ASSISTANT
As a vital part of our team, you will:
- Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, ensuring meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient pharmacy workflow.
- Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
- Utilise computer systems for:
- Processing prescriptions
- Managing stock levels
- Handling customer queries
- Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an:
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services
- Or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including:
- Warmth, empathy, and patience.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Computer literacy—familiarity or comfort with pharmacy software systems.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to:
- Problem-solve, demonstrate initiative, and adapt quickly in a busy environment.

WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS
