About the Role

We are a family-owned business within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, valuing our team’s contributions and prioritising growth. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to play a key role in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering outstanding customer service.


Mission: Your Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in the dispensing of medications under pharmacist supervision, ensuring meticulous accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel supported and valued.
  • Maintain an organised, efficient workflow for the pharmacy team.
  • Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and safeguarding pharmaceuticals.
  • Use computer systems for prescription processing, stock management, and customer queries.
  • Keep the pharmacy clean, orderly, and professional.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek the following qualities and experience:

  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, ideally with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, exhibited through warmth, empathy, and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and safety in all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including learning new pharmacy software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with initiative to thrive in busy settings.
