# Pharmacy Colleague – Charlton (Part-Time, Permanent)
About the Role
- Location: Charlton
- Contract Type: Permanent

- Hours per Week: 14
- Pay Rate: £13.93 (Hourly)
- Closing Date: 15 July 2026
Key Requirements: Before starting, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
- Stores operate 24/7, offering flexible shifts.
- Weekend working is required.
- We’ll work with you to accommodate your schedule.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly, confident, and professional service to customers in our store pharmacy, discussing personal health matters and efficiently resolving queries.
- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions, ensuring fast and accurate completion.
- Promote extra pharmacy services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews).
- Support the Pharmacist in patient services (blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes) while maintaining strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collect prescriptions on behalf of customers from their GP surgery and deliver them to the store.

Career Progression:
- Complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months.
- Train as a Dispensing Assistant to complete your pharmacy qualification.
