Pharmacy Dispenser
Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser – Distance-Selling Pharmacy Model
Location: Euston, London Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (1-hour lunch break) Start Date: ASAP – 6 months Salary: £27,040 Reporting To: Operations Team

About The Role
We’re seeking a Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser to support a regulated weight management / GLP-1 service within a distance-selling pharmacy model in our partnership location near Euston.
You’ll be responsible for the safe, accurate assembly, packing, and dispatch of prescriptions—including injectable GLP-1 medicines—working closely with the Responsible Pharmacist and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and dispense prescriptions under Responsible Pharmacist supervision
- Pick, label, and pack medicines accurately, including associated supplies
- Support GLP-1 order fulfilment, including cold-chain packing where required
- Carry out batch, expiry, and stock rotation checks (FEFO) to ensure compliance
- Maintain audit-ready dispensary standards, including stock control and fridge monitoring
- Address non-clinical patient queries (escalating clinical concerns as needed)
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), GPhC standards, and data protection requirements
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
✅ Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent) ✅ Experience in community, online, or centralised dispensary settings ✅ High attention to detail and strong commitment to safety ✅ Confidence using pharmacy and IT systems ✅ Reliable, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
