We are recruiting Dispensers to join our Dispensary team, delivering professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers. If you're a passionate, caring individual who believes in people-centred mission-driven work, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow and promote relevant SOPs and Company policy to ensure patient safety at all times.
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and timely, while adhering to patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Take responsibility for working practices, actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to improve performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with dispensing team members to maintain an efficient and safe dispensary environment.
- Stay updated with communications from head office and other stakeholders to act accordingly for pharmacy operations and customer support.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Requirements include (but are not limited to):
- Complying with all reasonable internal and external requests.
- Supporting departmental flexibility, helping where capacity is needed.
- Aligning daily work with Company strategy while upholding high-quality operations.
- Ensuring adherence to Company policies, Health & Safety, and HR standards.
- Engaging in mandatory training and professional development.
- Representing the Company positively, internally and externally, with clients, customers, and staff.

Experience & Skills
Desirable
- Previous pharmacy or dispensing experience (though not mandatory).
Qualifications
- NVQ or equivalent in dispensing services preferred but training will be provided if successful.
Key Competencies
- Strong ability to work accurately within timescales, upholding patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy.
