Our diabetes and specialist services offer customers fast access to diagnosis, treatment, and support when they need it, as well as onward pathways to high quality care at Bupa’s Cromwell Hospital.
We are looking for a friendly, professional Pharmacy Dispenser to join our busy pharmacy team.
What You’ll Do
You will assist with a wide range of pharmacy services including assembling prescriptions, managing stock levels, supporting repeat prescription processes, and providing advice to customers where appropriate. The role also involves general branch operations such as health checks (if trained), completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organised and welcoming.
In this role, you’ll support the safe, accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards within the dispensary, and ensure all procedures are followed in line with legal, ethical and company requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
