We are seeking Dispensers to join our Dispensary team—if you’re compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by making a real difference, this is the role for you!


Main Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote SOPs and Company policies to ensure patient safety.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and timely, while maintaining patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Take ownership of work practices, seek feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with the dispensing team to ensure an efficient, safe, and well-managed operation.
  • Adhere to all communications from head office to ensure compliance and customer service needs are met.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow company safety standards.
  • Comply with reasonable requests from authorised personnel while supporting flexible operations when necessary.
  • Align daily tasks with Company strategy and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Engage in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
  • Represent HealthNet positively with internal/external clients, customers, and staff.
  • Comply with HR policies and Health & Safety regulations.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Previous pharmacy experience (not essential)
  • Previous training in dispensing services (NVQ-equivalent, but not mandatory; training provided)
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy (essential for daily operations).
