We are seeking Dispensers to join our Dispensary team—if you’re compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven by making a real difference, this is the role for you!
Main Responsibilities
- Follow and promote SOPs and Company policies to ensure patient safety.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and timely, while maintaining patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Take ownership of work practices, seek feedback, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the dispensing team to ensure an efficient, safe, and well-managed operation.
- Adhere to all communications from head office to ensure compliance and customer service needs are met.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow company safety standards.
- Comply with reasonable requests from authorised personnel while supporting flexible operations when necessary.
- Align daily tasks with Company strategy and uphold high-quality standards.
- Engage in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
- Represent HealthNet positively with internal/external clients, customers, and staff.
- Comply with HR policies and Health & Safety regulations.

Desirable Experience & Skills
- Previous pharmacy experience (not essential)
- Previous training in dispensing services (NVQ-equivalent, but not mandatory; training provided)
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy (essential for daily operations).
