What You'll Be Doing
Working from our main office in Sunderland, you'll be part of a high-volume dispensary team helping to process and deliver life-changing medication to patients across the UK. Your role will include but won't be limited to:
- Labelling, handling, and dispensing prescriptions including controlled drugs
- Maintaining accurate Controlled Drugs records and pharmacy paperwork
- Stock control and dispensary organisation
- Liaising with our Admin and Customer Service teams to manage patient expectations
- Supporting dispensary cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all SOPs and regulations

Preferred but not essential:
- NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Qualification or a willingness to complete it with our full support
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, especially in a fast-paced environment
