Pharmacy Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join our store, which dispenses over 9,500 valued items to the local community on average each month.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and have the opportunity to lead, refine, and integrate your service into the core operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Emphasise clinical governance and regularly invest time in training colleagues
- Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safety-conscious manner, while adhering to legal, ethical, and company systems and requirements
- Lead the Pharmacy department, manage individual staff competence, and cultivate a high-performing Pharmacy Team
- Develop, implement, share, and reinforce best practice within the team
- Oversee day-to-day operations and medium-term planning by regularly:
- Auditing staff performance and records
- Evaluating services, systems, and standards

About You
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- A Pharmacy degree
- Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Strong team management and communication skills
- A genuine desire to help others and lead effectively
Applicants will be required to complete a DBS check prior to starting employment with Morrisons.
