Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and private services
  • Providing healthcare advice to customers
  • Playing an active role in our charities support program, offering guidance to the community—especially those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Leading, training, and developing pharmacy colleagues
  • Using pharmacy staff scheduling systems to ensure complete coverage, meeting customer needs
  • Maintaining adherence to professional standards and legal requirements

Requirements

  • A Pharmacy Degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Commitment to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (Tesco will support this)
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check (covered by Tesco)

Our Pharmacy Managers operate alongside an integrated team—including security, stock management, range specialists, and admin—to ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming service for customers and patients.
