Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and private services
- Providing healthcare advice to customers
- Playing an active role in our charities support program, offering guidance to the community—especially those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
- Leading, training, and developing pharmacy colleagues
- Using pharmacy staff scheduling systems to ensure complete coverage, meeting customer needs
- Maintaining adherence to professional standards and legal requirements

Requirements
- A Pharmacy Degree
- Passion for leading and empowering a team
- Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Commitment to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (Tesco will support this)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (covered by Tesco)

Our Pharmacy Managers operate alongside an integrated team—including security, stock management, range specialists, and admin—to ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming service for customers and patients.
