Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacist – Independent Community Pharmacy 📍 Redruth & Surrounding Areas Are you a passionate and patient-focused pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent community pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead their friendly and supportive team in Redruth and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced managers and ambitious pharmacists looking to step into a leadership role within a pharmacy that truly values patient care and professional development.

The Role As Pharmacist Manager, you will: Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy Ensure safe, efficient dispensing and compliance with regulatory standards Build strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries, and the local community Drive service development and enhance the pharmacy’s clinical offering
