Pharmacist Manager
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent pharmacy group for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy, community-focused pharmacy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GPhC-registered pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and developing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of autonomy, the opportunity to influence the growth of the pharmacy, and genuine long-term career development within a progressive organisation that continues to invest in both its people and technology.
The Role
As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective dispensing, delivering a wide range of NHS and private services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
You'll also play a key leadership role, supporting and developing your team while building strong relationships with local GP surgeries, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
