Pharmacy Operations Assistant - Bournemouth
We are recruiting a Pharmacy Operations Assistant to support sales cycle delivery within a fast‑paced FMCG pharmacy environment. This role suits someone organised, detail‑focused and confident working with data, clients and sales teams.
You will support cycle planning and execution, produce sales and client presentations, maintain CRM and sales data, coordinate stock and point of sale activity, and deliver accurate sales reporting. You will also support sales meetings and events, including occasional overnight stays.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement pharmacy sales cycles with clients and sales management
- Create engaging sales briefs, presentations and client review decks
- Maintain CRM data, product information and reporting
- Produce and analyse sales reports, investigating anomalies
- Coordinate discounts, incentives, stock and point of sale materials
- Support sales planning meetings, client meetings and sales events
About you
- Experience in administration within a fast‑paced environment, ideally FMCG, pharmacy or sales support
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and meeting deadlines
- Educated to a good standard, including Maths and English
