Pharmacy Operation Manager – Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team effectively.
- Ensuring the branches are achieving their services and supporting the teams with coaching and development.
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including stock management and compliance.
- Drive the pharmacy’s clinical services.
- Supporting with employee relation matters.
