Pharmacy Sales Representative
You have what it takes: a competitive drive combined with exceptional sales ability.
This Pharmacy Sales Representative supports the promotion of the customer’s OTC products across multiple brand lines and indications. The role involves identifying local pharmacies to develop local, regional, and national business plans to achieve KPIs via traditional and remote engagements, as well as marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure operational targets are met and exceeded by leveraging data and insights for smart, value-based conversations with stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams on aligning national and regional strategies.
- Drive consistent business performance through actionable execution of the agreed business plan within budget and deadlines.
- Achieve other specified performance indicators.
Key Training & Onboarding
- Complete a distance-learning programme and initial training.
- Use a CRM system to support planning, sales automation, and territory analysis.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
- Experience: Proven Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales history
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Outstanding selling & presentation skills with a focus on detail orientation
- Ability to prioritise workload based on project demands
- Efficiency in multitasking and using multiple digital tools/applications
- Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to share best practices for team success
- Field-Centric Role: Readiness to travel for customer engagement and sales activities.
