Pharmacy Sales Representative - London area

Pharmacy Sales Representative

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

This Pharmacy Sales Representative supports the promotion of the customer’s over-the-counter (OTC) products across multiple brand lines and indications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Coverage & Business Development

    • Identify local pharmacies and develop local, regional, and national business plans.
    • Deliver calls through traditional and remote interactions and marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with regional and national objectives.
  • Performance & Engagements

    • Ensure operational targets are met and surpassed.
    • Gain consent and apply data-driven insights for value-based conversations with customers.
    • Engage Pharmacists through value-based interactions using insights from collaboration.
  • Planning & Execution

    • Deliver a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines.
    • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed.
    • Complete distance learning and initial training programs.
    • Use CRM systems for planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.

  • Education & Compliance
    • Educate Pharmacists on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of products.
    • Support optimal patient outcomes and future portfolio planning.
    • Attend regional and national team meetings to drive collaboration, support, and best practice sharing.
    • Comply with Syneos Health and customer policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and codes of ethical practice.
    • Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
  • Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and selling skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload based on program needs
  • Skills in multi-tasking across multiple tools and applications
  • Willingness to collaborate and share best practices for team success
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and sales activities
