Pharmacy Sales Representative

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

This Pharmacy Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in promoting the customer’s OTC products across multiple brand lines and indications. The role demands both developing local, regional, and national business strategies to deliver calls (whether traditional or remote) and marketing initiatives within an assigned territory.

Multi-channel engagement is critical to exceeding operational targets. This means:

  • Gaining consent and leveraging data to drive value-based, informed conversations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Unlocking Pharmacy value-based interactions while maintaining collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with national and regional strategy.
  • Execution of a well-defined business plan within territorial budgets and agreed timelines, while also meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Completion of distance-learning and initial training programs.
  • Utilisation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.
  • Educating Pharmacists on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of products, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participation in regional and national team meetings to uphold a culture of collaboration, best practice sharing, and team success.
  • Adherence to Syneos Health and customer SOPs, plus compliance with ethical codes and local laws and regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
