Pharmacy Sales Representative
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.
This Pharmacy Sales Representative supports the promotion of the customer’s OTC products across multiple brand lines and indications.
The role requires you to:
- Identify local pharmacies to develop local, regional and national business plans
- Deliver calls via traditional and remote interactions to meet operational targets
- Implement marketing initiatives within your assigned territory
- Ensure compliance with operational targets through efficient engagement channel selection
- Gain customer consent and apply data-driven insights for informed, value-based conversations
You will have the opportunity to:
- Cover an agreed territory, developing value-based interactions with pharmacists through insights and collaboration with internal teams
- Align with national and regional strategy while delivering a well-defined business plan within budget and timelines
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed
- Complete a distance learning programme and initial training
- Use a CRM system for planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis
- Educate pharmacists on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of products and the future portfolio for optimal outcomes
- Attend regional and national team meetings to drive collaboration, support, and share best practices
- Comply with Syneos Health and customer SOPs and codes of ethical practice
- Ensure all activities adhere to local rules and regulations

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
- Healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical sales experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and selling skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload as needed
- Skills in multi-tasking between various tools and applications
- Desire for collaboration with colleagues to share best practices and drive success
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements and key sales activities
