Pharmacy Sales Representative
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.
This Pharmacy Sales Representative supports the promotion of the customer’s OTC products across multiple brand lines and indications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify local pharmacies to develop local, regional, and national business plans, ensuring calls are driven through both traditional and remote interactions, as well as marketing initiatives across their assigned territory.
- Ensure operational targets are met and exceeded by effectively identifying the right engagement strategy for assigned targets, gaining consent, and leveraging data-driven insights for smart, informed, and value-based customer conversations.
- Cover an agreed territory, developing Pharmacist value-based interactions by collaboratively aligning to national and regional strategy with internal teams.
- Deliver a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines.
- Achieve additional key performance indicators (KPIs), as directed.
- Successfully complete the distance learning and initial training programme.
- Use a CRM system for territory analysis, sequential selling, and planning.
- Educate Pharmacists on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of products, as well as the future portfolio, to optimise patient outcomes.
- Engage in regular regional and national team meetings to foster collaboration, support, and share best practices.
- Comply with all Syneos Health and Customer SOPs and ethical practice code.
- Ensure all activities adhere to local rules and regulations.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
- Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation and selling skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads based on programme demands
- Capacity to multi-task across various tools and applications
- Willingness to collaborate with team members, sharing best practice for collective success
- Willingness to travel to support customer engagements and sales activities.
