About the Role
This Pharmacy Sales Representative supports the promotion of the customer’s OTC (over-the-counter) products across multiple brand lines and indications. This role requires the individual to:
- Identify Pharmacies to develop local, regional, and national business plans that drive calls, via both traditional and remote interactions, as well as marketing initiatives across their assigned territory.
- Ensure operational targets are met—and exceeded—by:
- Effectively identifying the appropriate engagement channel for assigned targets.
- Gaining consent.
- Applying data and insight to deliver smart, informed, and value-based conversations with customers.
- Work within agreed territory to develop value-based interactions with pharmacists, collaborating with internal teams to align with national and regional strategy.
- Deliver a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines.
- Achieve other key performance indicators as directed.
- Complete distance learning and initial training programmes.
- Utilise a CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.
- Educate pharmacists on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of products and future portfolio to optimise patient outcomes.
- Participate in regional and national team meetings to foster a culture of collaboration, support, and best practice sharing.
- Comply with all Syneos Health and Customer SOPs (standard operating procedures) and ethical practice codes.
- Ensure all activities align with local rules and regulations.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences)
- Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Experience (required)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and selling skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload based on program needs.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple tools and applications.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, share best practices to benefit the team.
- Willingness to travel to support customer engagements and key sales activities.
