** rotates across:** Dispensary, Distribution, Aseptic, and Combined Assessment Unit (CAU)

Contract Basis: Permanent, Full-Time (36 hours per week)

Work Hours:
- Weekdays: 08:30 – 16:30 (3 days per week)
- Rotational Days: 08:30 – 16:00 (2 days per week)
- Coverage: Weekend, public holiday, and extended rotas (CAU operates 8am–8pm daily).
- Note: May be required to work 7-day shifts and extended hours under AFC terms.

Essential Qualification: Full or provisional UK driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll gain broad experience supporting pharmacy operations across multiple areas:
- Dispensary: Prepare and dispense medicines safely.
- Distribution: Manage medication distribution to wards/units.
- Aseptic: Assist with sterile product preparation.
- Combined Assessment Unit (CAU): Support extended operating hours.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
-
Academic: A or B grade pass in National 5 English, Maths, Chemistry, or Biology (equivalent qualifications accepted).

Training: Commitment to achieving an SCQF level 6 SVQ in Pharmacy Services within 1 year of commencement (previous relevant experience advantage).

Soft Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer care and teamwork abilities.
- Basic arithmetic skills.

Prior Experience: Bonus (full training provided).
