Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service Supporting the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations Using your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business Ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards

NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered) Previous experience working in a dispensary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager) Ambitious professionals ready to grow – we love to promote from within!
