Keep urgent care running smoothly, every day. Pharmacy Technician.

Location: Corby Urgent Treatment Centre

Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, 15 hours per week (3 days)

Salary: DHU Band 4.0, £27,273 per annum (pro rata)

At DHU Healthcare, our Urgent and Emergency Care teams work on the frontline of the NHS, delivering expert, compassionate care 24/7, 365 days a year. From Emergency Departments and Urgent Treatment Centres to GP surgeries and communities across the East Midlands and beyond, we're there when people need us most. Our teams of skilled medical, nursing, allied health, and support professionals all work together to respond quickly and effectively to every patient.

We deliver a wide range of services including community nursing, urgent treatment, primary care streaming, urgent on-day primary care, GP home visiting, phlebotomy, community hospital medical cover, telephone consultation support, and palliative care home visiting.

As a Pharmacy Technician you will:

  • Support clinicians and patients by ensuring safe, timely access to essential medicines across urgent care services.
  • Manage stock, deliveries, and controlled drugs with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with nurses, HCAs, and pharmacy colleagues to keep services running safely and smoothly.
  • Play a key role in maintaining high standards of governance, safety, and compliance.
  • Make a meaningful difference to patient care by supporting effective treatment every day.
